What makes her more of a standout is her flawless baby face, which critics liken to a modern-day "#Lolita." But Kelly is determined to disprove that image, arguing that she's a role model for her 150,000-plus followers and insisting she wants to use her influence to educate people about the often-taboo world of safe sex.

Eileen Kelly is equal parts seductress and doe-eyed ingénue as she lies on her white bed, in her all-white room — the only accents of color coming from her shimmering blue top and favorite pink lightbulb.

One thing that’s not childlike? The hundreds of photos 20yearold Kelly has posted to her Instagram account, @killerandasweetthang (), which has amassed more than 200,000 followers.

There’s Kelly, legs spread, in her favorite Nasty Gal lingerie; Kelly, nude, engulfing a chef’s knife in her heart-shaped mouth. In another shot, she wears a corset while a masked man prepares to whip her. (“My brother helped me put on the corset,” says Kelly, who shares a spacious two-bedroom pad with him in Gramercy Park. “He told me I looked so good that night. We’re best friends.”)

It’s a juxtaposition, no doubt, to the “sweet thang” who posts the occasional selfie in an oversize vintage tee, eating ice cream and emanating innocence.

The combination works; her Instagram has landed Kelly a modeling gig for VFiles, a free trip to Art Basel Miami (she flew private), a shopping spree at Kitsuné’s Paris boutique and a falling-out with former BFF and Jaden Smith’s girlfriend Sarah Snyder.

“I’ve had the most surreal year ever,” says the Seattle native, who joined Instagram in 2013 before moving to NYC, where she attended the New School for two years before dropping out this past May after falling on her head, drunk, and nearly dying, she says.

Kelly now counts Victoria’s Secret model Taylor Hill and Lorde among her legions of fans — and, unsurprisingly, a fair share of skeevy men.

“Oh my gosh, I got this one direct message from a guy that was like, ‘I’ll fly you to LA and I’ll pay you this much money, and the only rule is that I get to touch your feet,’” says Kelly, who had a serious stalker this summer that required police intervention.

One 30-year-old male fan of Kelly’s, who asked to remain anonymous, says part of the social media star’s allure is the fact that “she’s like the girl you wanted to have in high school, but you couldn’t back then.”

While Kelly may legally be an adult, she and Instagram starlets such as 18-year-old Kylie Jenner (48 million followers) are inspiring underage girls to follow their lead, warns adolescent psychologist Michele Borba, who has noticed a growing trend of girls posting sexually suggestive photos online.

“The photos are becoming more perfectly cropped, more concerned about appearances as opposed to what [the girls are] doing with [their] friends,” she says. “As authenticity starts to go down, we find that the girl becomes more concerned about how many likes [she’s] getting and what people think about [her] as opposed to what kind of person [she is].”

But Kelly, who considers herself a feminist, doesn’t seem too concerned.

“I think it all comes down to that I don’t really care,” says Kelly, who supports herself with a front-desk job at a casting agency and help from her dad. (Kelly’s mom died when she was 8.)

Just don’t call her a modern-day Lolita, a comparison she finds “rude.”

“I took a whole class on [‘Lolita’]. She’s a 12-year-old girl in distress. It’s written from his side of the story and she’s dating this 60-year-old. That’s not normal. I don’t think I give off that vibe,” Kelly says.

The Internet sensation insists her voyeuristic photos are just a launching pad. She’s debuting a blog in February, complete with merchandise — including a skateboard plastered with her nude image — and becoming sex-ed-certified.

“My dream would be to start my own sex-ed program,” says Kelly, who’s currently single and says she’s only ever slept with people she’s seriously dated (two of whom have gotten tattoos of her name).
