“We’re going to one of my favorite places in the city, on the Upper East side, it’s called Cool Mess,” he says. “And like you make your own ice cream, which is like incredible. It’s definitely a fun New York City place to go on a date, to bring your kids.”
Joined by company founder Marguerite Loucas, the reality star proceeds to see just how many different types of candy he can mix into one batch of ice cream, including his favorite breakfast cereal.
“I’m a big Fruity Pebbles guy,” he admits. “I love it. This is my favorite flavor on anything. Something about Fruity Pebbles just makes me happy.”
The concoction — which also included Sour Patch Kids, toasted marshmallow jellybeans, gummy bears, cake batter; but no green stuff or chocolate, both of which Cheban says he hates — earned a rave review from the reality star.
“I’m blessing this place,” he says after dishing out ice cream to a group of high schoolers. “I blessed the ice cream. That’s what I do, I come, I bless you and I get out.”
