The woman, Samantha Lynn Baxter, is a habitual offender who had recently been released from prison and had her driving privileges restored. A deliveryman inside the store suffered injuries to his hip and leg when he was struck by Baxter’s vehicle. She faces charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
