“I think he was trying to intimidate me,” Sheehan says in this episode of “Urban Legend.” The suspect, Rewell Altunaga, 44, was charged with assault and criminal mischief. The day after his arraignment, however, he was spotted back in the tree, despite the Parks Department “evicting” him. “That’s not what we want. That’s not dignified for people,” Mayor Eric Adams said.
