3:11Now PlayingThese ladies are pole dancing their way into middle age. After a stripper went viral for entertaining the seniors at a retirement home, our host Asia Grace was inspired to reach out to two women who are slaying the pole-dancing game over the age of 50. “Pole dancing doesn’t have to be seedy or shady,” our reporter says in this episode of “Post Poppin.”
Meet Greta Pontarelli, 71. She became a world champion pole dancer after her younger sisters were diagnosed with osteoporosis. Another woman, former ballet dancer Sabine Christine, 55, wanted to do something that kept her mind and body sharp. She now has two gold medals in the athletic art form. “Nobody would even believe she’s 50!” quips Asia Grace. “There is nobody under the age of 18 that can hit that.”
