0:59Now PlayingAn Oklahoma state representative was caught on film yelling at police that they couldn’t arrest him for public drunkenness because he is a politician and above the law.
Dean Davis, 50, ran into the police last Thursday when he and some friends refused to leave the Skinny Slims bar, in Broken Arrow.

Davis, a Republican, appeared insulted and confused in newly released bodycam videos, with the politician demanding the arresting officers call their supervisors and warning them of consequences to come.
“You chose the wrong person, congratulations,” Davis can be heard telling the officers as he claimed he was “privileged from arrest during the session of the Legislature.”
