What will be known as The Wellington, the golf icon and the legendary artist have joined up with billionaire Joe Lewis and equestrian entrepreneur Mark Bellissimo to partner in Wellington Lifestyle Partners to build the town.
Also, in partnership with The NEXUS Luxury Collection — an international real estate development and asset management company — Wellington will feature both single-family custom homes and condo residences. (Lots start at $3 million and homes start at $4 to $5 million.)
