The 23-year-old victim, who was identified as Jordan Rivera, was last seen in the bar next to a pond in Port Charlotte, Fla., according to officials and customers.
An apparently unfazed Rivera told WSAT, “I didn’t lose my life, I lost an arm, it’s not the end of the world, you know.”
