The Tesla founder, 52, had a conversation on X Spaces with conservative political commentator Ben Shapiro on Thursday where they discussed Brand.
Musk gave his two cents, saying that there needs to be a “conviction.”
“It can’t be guilty until proven innocent. Because obviously we’re just sort of in the witch burning phase here; just being declared a witch is enough to make you a witch and be burnt,” the father of 11 explained.
