0:37Now PlayingThe Trump family has begun testifying in their defense in the $250 million fraud trial that the NY attorney general brought against ex-president Donald Trump, sons Don Jr. and Eric and the Trump Organization.
Don Jr. took the stand Wednesday afternoon, Eric is on the witness list for Thursday. Trump himself and daughter Ivanka are set to take the stand the week of Nov. 6. (She is not named as a defendant.)

Trump has already been warned twice and fined $5,000 for making public attacks against a clerk who works for Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron, who is presiding over the civil case and will decide the outcome of the non-jury trial.
