Speaking to reporters today (29 Feb) in New York, United Nations Spokesperson Stéphane Dujarric said, “the Secretary-General condemned the incident today in northern Gaza in which more than a hundred people were reportedly killed or injured while seeking life-saving aid.”

More than 100 Palestinians were killed and hundreds more injured in the Gaza Strip early Thursday, Hamas-affiliated health officials said — which Israel blamed on a massive stampede of people desperately clamoring for aid.
