It's a bird! It's a plane! It's a ... rat? A distant cousin to NYC's Pizza Rat was spotted scurrying across a ceiling light fixture at Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila, Philippines. The state-run airport was ranked 38th out of 38 of the world's busiest hubs in a survey by the luggage app Bounce.
