Weisselberg, 76, has agreed to concede to Manhattan prosecutors that he lied to New York investigators probing allegations that Trump inflated his net worth to win favorable loanterms and benefits, the New York Times reported.
It is unclear how many charges he faces, and whether they will be misdemeanors or felonies, but sources told the Times that the plea deal could come as early as Monday. He is not expected to implicate his former boss.
