Footage taken by Piers Wall shows two people on top of a student housing center in Melbourne, with one person filming the other skateboarding. Wall and his colleagues spotted the two people from their window on Wednesday afternoon.
“They were up there 30 minutes and were skateboarding for about 5 minutes doing tricks,” Wall told Storyful.
Wall said that the police were called but never showed. According to local news reports, another group of people were spotted with their feet dangling off a high-rise building in Melbourne on the same day.
