He read quotes from Post columnist Jonathan Turley, the National Review, CNN and media outlets, as has become his daily ritual ahead of the day's proceedings.
"This is nothing. What about all of the corruption, the voter fraud?" he said. "Nobody's talking about it.
"There was no fraud, there was no conspiracy. It's that simple," Trump added. "This is an argument that's never been prosecuted before and hopefully will never be prosecuted again.
"I just want to say this is a very sad day for America. It's a very sad day for New York. The outside world is watching and the outside world is not going to bring their business to New York."
