The independent presidential candidate railed against the extensive reporting by Vanity Fair, which suggested that an unsettling photo of him posing with a charred four-legged animal was him of eating a pooch in Korea in 2010 — the year he was diagnosed with a dead tapeworm in his brain.
“And of course it’s not a dog … it’s a goat in Patagonia,” he told NewsNation’s “Cuomo” late Tuesday.
