In his seven-minute address tonight, Biden had a series of gaffes.

At one point he seemed to almost accidentally say “make America great again,” saying, “to make America so… to make America what it is.” Giving up on finishing that phrase, he interjected, “think about it!”

There were also stilted and nonsensical phrases such as, “I believe that with every soul, every power of my being.”

Biden also said “battle box” instead of “ballot box” three times. A curious choice of words for a speech meant to condemn violence.
