1:09Now PlayingAt least two people were killed and four others injured in a shooting at a northern Georgia high school Wednesday, authorities said.
Multiple law enforcement agencies were dispatched to an active shooting situation at Apalachee High School in Winder around 10:30 a.m., the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office told FOX5.
At least one person is in custody, the office said.
Law enforcement had secured the scene and students were being released by around 11:30 a.m., a spokesperson for the Barrow County School District told The Post.
There were dozens of police vehicles from multiple agencies on the lawns outside the high school as officers organized students in the athletic field area, FOX5 reported.
