0:31Now PlayingA large Palestinian flag was unfurled across the Brooklyn tower of the Williamsburg Bridge during the morning rush hour Monday.
Two individuals, potentially police officers, were spotted making their way up to the flag, footage by a user on Citizen shows.
Patrol boats could also be seen at the base of the Williamsburg Bridge, according to the Citizen report.
The height of the Brooklyn tower of the bridge is 310 feet, according to the New York City Department of Transportation.
The incident takes place just days after anti-Israel protesters took to Columbia University and Barnard College on the first day of classes, leading to two arrests.
