0:39Now PlayingA deer trapped upside down between two walls was rescued by firefighters in Oakland, California, on September 21.
According to Oakland Firefighters, a neighbor noticed the deer stuck upside down between a house and a garage with only about 10 inches of space.
The footage here shows the rescue, in which the firefighters tied a rope around the deer’s legs.
“Before releasing the deer back into its habitat, responding crews made sure to safely remove the rescue ropes from the legs so the deer could have full use of its legs when it was ultimately set free,” Oakland Firefighters wrote.
