YouTube Description
as posted by the channelDem Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro suggested Sunday that Donald Trump-loving tech mogul Elon Musk could face legal scrutiny over his $1 million giveaways intended to get people to register to vote.
Musk, 53, has pledged to randomly dole out a $1 million check every day from Saturday until Nov. 5 to a registered voter in Pennsylvania or one of five other critical swing states if they sign his generic America PAC petition backing freedom of speech and the right to bear arms.
Musk — who has given away two million-dollar checks, both in Pennsylvania, so far — originally formed the PAC to support Trump in the presidential election.
“I think there are real questions with how [Musk] is spending money in this race. How the dark money is flowing, not just into Pennsylvania but apparently now into the pockets of Pennsylvanians,” Shapiro told NBC News’ “Meet the Press.”
“That is deeply concerning.”
