A Learjet 55 out of Northeast Philadelphia Airport was headed to Springfield-Branson National Airport in Missouri when it plunged to the ground shortly after taking off, the Federal Aviation Administration told The Post.
There were four crew members and two passengers, including the child and an escort, on board, Jet Rescue Air Ambulance said in a statement, adding that it could not confirm any survivors.
