Green, in his telling, was admonishing President Trump that he had "no mandate" to cut Medicaid -- an apparent reference to the budget resolution that narrowly passed the House last week.
"It's worth it to let people know that there are some people who are going to stand up" to Trump, Green said, adding that he does not know if he will face any punishment for his disruption.
