Craig Marshall told Storyful that his strongman training requires him to throw sandbags over a four-meter bar.
“I’d got it over a few times then … it slipped out my hand and I went with it,” Marshall said, with the video showing him falling with a thud on his back.
He shared the footage to Instagram saying, “And they were going so well!”
