Ja had just finished piling the dried grass when the harmless “mini tornado” sent the straws spinning in all directions. He told Viral Press: “It felt so good to feel like a child again… I felt the power of nature.”
Smaller whirlwinds can form when the sun warms a patch of land, causing the air above it to heat up and rise quickly.
