1:01Now PlayingSecretary of State Marco Rubio spoke to the press on March 12 in regards to pro-Hamas agitators who are here on student visas. The remarks come after the arrest and possible deportation of Columbia student Mahmoud Khalil, who was a leader in the school protests that shut down the campus last year.
The secretary said: “When you come to the United States as a visitor, which is what a visa is... we can deny you that visa... and if you end up having a green card, and you're here engaging in those activities, we're going to kick you out.”
