1:56Now PlayingDuring an oval office meeting with NATO secretary Mark Rutte, President Donald Trump continued to press for Canada to become the US' 51st state. Trump said that "an artificial line" was drawn straight through North America, and that our northern neighbor "only works as a state."
"It's so perfect as a great and cherished state," Trump said. "Keeping 'O' Canada,' the national anthem I love it, I think it's great, keep it. But it would be for the state."
