Members of fundamentalist Christian family from Ireland crashed a St. Patrick’s Day gala in Washington, DC, where they caused disruption and chaos on March 13 and were removed by security. Isaac and Ammi Burke, and their mother Martina, entered the Ireland Funds Gala shouting in support of their brother, Enoch Burke, shouting “Why is Enoch Burke in prison for not accepting transgenderism?” Enoch had been suspended from his job as a teacher for refusing to use a transgender student's preferred pronouns, and has been jailed for refusing to stay away from the school in contempt of court.
