This all took place around 3:50 a.m. on March 12, when police rushed to a restaurant on Terminal Rd. after a burglar alarm went off. While scouring the premises for signs of break-in police spotted a man—gun drawn—aimed right at them. After the man refused to drop his weapon one officer pulled the trigger and missed his mark. After a brief detention, cops let him go but reports confirmed his business had actually been burglarized.
