White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt spoke to reporters on what to expect after President Trump's executive order to greatly reform the Department of Education on Friday, March 21. When asked what will happen to federal education grants, Leavitt responded, "when it comes to student loans and Pell Grants, those will still be run out of the Department of Education...any critical functions of the department...will remain."
