WH press secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters on Tuesday that President Trump plans to sign a memorandum that the White House said would be aimed at stopping ineligible people from claiming Social Security benefits. The memorandum will instruct the administration to make certain that ineligible aliens are not receiving funds from the Social Security Act programs, according to Leavitt.
