0:33Now PlayingA perv with a long rap sheet was busted Monday for allegedly groping four women — including a blind victim using a guide cane — and setting another woman’s hair on fire in an unhinged Manhattan spree, cops said.
Edwin Page, 28, of Harlem, first targeted a 23-year-old blind woman using a guide cane and waiting to enter a Flatiron service center on West 23rd Street near Seventh Avenue around 8:10 a.m. Friday, authorities said.
