1:38Now PlayingHeydi Sánchez, 44, was deported back to Cuba after she was detained at an ICE check-in appointment on April 22. She is married to a US citizen and has a six-month-old baby girl, whom she was still breastfeeding until their separation. “When they put us on the plane, it was horrible. As the plane took off, I felt further away from my little girl, from my life, and from all the things I had built with my husband," she told the Associated Press. “To the president (Trump) who has a family, he says he believes in God, and I believe in God too...I would like him to put his hand on his heart and please help us reunite our family," she pleaded.
