His comments come days after he called the dictator “absolutely crazy” over repeated aerial attacks against Ukraine. The Russian military unleashed its largest drone attack since the start of the invasion in February of 2022 this past weekend, sending 367 drones and missiles into Ukraine, leaving at least 12 people dead.
