4:29Now PlayingUkrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy claims Russia is holding off on providing a full list of over 1,000 prisoners and fallen soldiers as agreed to in recent Istanbul negotiations. “In typical fashion, the Russian side is once again trying to turn even these matters into a dirty political and information game.” Zelenskyy said in his post on X. While Russia insisted exchanges were supposed to start on June 7, Ukrainian officials indicated the process would begin the following week.
