The man, who hasn’t been identified publicly, was caught on camera completely nude in Antioch last Thursday as stunned onlookers watched, NBC Bay Area reported.
An officer first responded to reports that someone was walking around naked on the street.
As soon as the officer pulled up, the man jumped on the roof of the squad car and started dancing.
The cop slowly drove into a nearby parking lot as the man was still balancing on the vehicle, the viral clip shows.
“He gets on the radio and advises dispatch and the responding units as well as the crisis response teams,” Antioch Police Chief Joe Vigil said.
