as posted by the channelAn apartment building in Fairmont, West Virginia, partially collapsed following heavy rainfall and flash flooding as a state of emergency was declared for Marion County.
Video filmed by Colyn Jones shows a mountain of debris next to the apartment with a collapsed wall on June 15.
“I heard screaming from a building on Locust Avenue. Looked up seen [sic] water coming out the bottom floor windows and roof like a waterfall,” Jones told Storyful.
According to WBOY, no injuries were reported from the collapse and those were living in the apartment will be provided with emergency shelter.
