The frustrated Ukrainian President posted a video Friday June 20 saying the Russians are cynical and “not in the mood” for a ceasefire. He continued, saying, the pressure the world is putting on Russia is not hurting them enough. He wrapped up the clip saying, Putin should look to his friends in Iran to see where regimes end up, comparing Russia to a decaying country.
