The New Jersey native, 21, had gone to Israel to complete his military service at the time of the Oct. 7, 2023 terrorist attacks. He was kidnapped and held for 584 days by the Palestinian terror group Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
Alexander was released on May 12 in what was billed as a goodwill gesture to Trump but the terror group.
