1:45Now PlayingWhite House Executive Associate Director of Enforcement and Removal Operations, Tom Homan spoke to reporters on July 30th in response to the backlash against ICE operations across the country. The Border Czar explained "70% of everybody arrested is a criminal. Hard stop." He went on to say "I see members of Congress comparing us to racists and members of terrorist organizations. If we're a terrorist for enforcing immigration law, what's that make them? They wrote the law."
