0:47Now PlayingPeople in Honolulu remained in high spirits on July 29, as they waited out a tsunami warning after a massive earthquake hit of the Russian coast.
Footage here, filmed by Jamie Shea, shows her “tsunami party on the 23rd floor,” with people in neighboring towers also audibly in good cheer.
“The vibes are high,” Shea wrote on Instagram.
The tsunami warning for the state of Hawaii was later downgraded to an advisory.
