2:08Now PlayingParts of Maryland were hit with flash flooding after parts of the state received heavy rain on July 31st. Video shows deep floodwaters along the Pulaski Highway just outside of Baltimore, and down Goldsboro Road in Bethesda, Maryland, with cars partially submerged as they move through the water. According to local media, the flooding left at least one boy dead and prompted several water rescues and road closures.
