1:15Now PlayingThe Texas House failed to reach a quorum for the second day in a row on Tuesday, as Speaker Dustin Burrows stated that the Texas Department of Public Safety is actively working to bring back the Democratic lawmakers who left the state. Democratic lawmakers left Texas in an effort to block the passage of a new congressional redistricting map during a special session called by Governor Greg Abbott, with some traveling as far as New York and Chicago.
