2:15Now PlayingKristi Noem appeared on Fox News on Wednesday to share updates on Immigration and Customs Enforcement, revealing that it would be ending its age cap for recruitment. The new recruitment guidelines now allow those over the age of 40 to apply as a new hire for its deportation force as well as removing the age cap of 37 for those who wish to become an investigator. The news comes just one day after Noem announced that the Trump administration is collaborating with Indiana to expand capacity at a state correctional facility in order to hold illegal migrants, dubbing the new wing of the prison, “The Speedway Slammer.”
