Shocking security footage shows a young creep approaching Jan Fletcher, 78, outside her Louisville home on Aug. 26 while claiming to be innocently seeking directions to a nearby park — and asking if she is alone, according to WLKY. He then walks behind Fletcher and pretends to dust something off her back — before groping her buttocks.
