3:32Now PlayingSurveillance video from a senior living facility in Miami captured a horrific encounter between the building manger and a tenant. The building manager first approached 83-year-old John Gula, along with his girlfriend, to discuss a failed inspection. As the two tenants are in discussion with the building manager, Gula can be seen pulling out a folding pocket knife. He then lunges towards the building manager stabbing her several times. CBS News Miami reported that the victim was recovering at home and that Gula had been charged with attempted second-degree murder.
