Video captures Ayintapli, dressed in black and carrying a shotgun in a plastic bag, chasing Karaca through the facility where she worked as a medical secretary in Kahramanmaras. Colleagues rushed to her aid after the attack, but she later died in the emergency room. Ayintapli fled the scene before being arrested and now faces life in prison on murder and weapons charges.
