3:41Now PlayingSecretary of State Marco Rubio credited President Trump for his "extraordinary" diplomacy for apparently delivering a peace deal between Hamas and Israel.
"It really began with your trip to the Middle East [in May]," Rubio said, citing the presidential visit to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates as the starting point of coalition-building to pressure Hamas -- as well as a series of meetings and phone call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
