5:05Now PlayingThis is the full Ronald Reagan address on tariffs that Canada used in an ad recently -- an action that drew the ire of President Trump, and prompted him to end trade talks with the country. “Based on their egregious behavior, ALL TRADE NEGOTIATIONS WITH CANADA ARE HEREBY TERMINATED,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
According to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation, the ad by the government of Ontario was “using selective audio and video” of the address in the ad.
