1:31Now PlayingAn extremely tense scene unfolded outside of an ICE facility in Alameda, California, when a driver breached security barricades. A team of U.S. Coast Guard members, who were blocking the facility entrance, fired shots at the car, which oddly prompted the driver to get out. Protesters screamed at Coast Guard members to stop shooting and also screamed at the driver to get back into their car.
